Grey’s Anatomy star, Jesse Williams, who plays the blue eyed billionaire son (which is only fair) has been your crush at one time or the other if not for his gorgeous looks but for his political and black consciousness, which we all know is absolutely attractive.
Unfortunately for us ladies, I bring bad news. The 36-year-old actor/director and part-time heartthrob is dating SportsNet New York anchor Taylor Rooks, 26. PEOPLE confirmed the couple’s official status, although they are yet to make their relationship public.
According to Essence, the two were spotted out and about together over the Memorial Day weekend. They were seen spending quality time together in Atlantic City for Kevin Hart‘s comedy show.
Rooks is a University of Illinois alum. The 26-year-old is well on her way to a thriving career with a successful career in sports broadcasting. She is best known for her work on the aforementioned SportsNet New York and a YouTube podcast called TimeOut with Taylor.
Williams filed for divorce from his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, in April 2017, and it was finalized in March 2018. They were together for 13 years and married for five, and they have two young children together.
Reports say the couple plans to keep their relationship private for now.
We wish them all the luck in the world in hopes that their relationship is able to withstand the test of time and ‘Hollywood bad luck’ right? Right? Ladies?
