Ever since we discovered Nigerian rockstar, Clay, a few months ago, we haven’t been able to get enough of her music.
She just released the visuals to her new song The One, which features Johnny Drille (never heard of him till now, his voice is so awesome!).
This is such a beautiful love song. One of the best we’ve heard this year.
We’re really looking forward to a time when rock/alternative music like Clay’s will be embraced by the masses in Nigeria. Love the fact that she is not compromising her sound to fit the conventional “afrobeats” Nigerian sound.
