You also need to weigh what they’re willing to offer in terms of a holistic experience and where you’re at on your career path. Is it in line with your goals and vision for your life? Will you be happy here? These are pertinent matters you will need to assess before you leave the interview.
What are the day to day operations at the company like?
This helps you get a realistic picture of day to day life in this company. What are the responsibilities that your role would involve inclusive of some that weren’t listed in the job advertisement? What are some particular policies you should pay special attention to?
What are the next steps?
It’ll help you have a rough estimate to work with in terms of planning your post-interview moves. It will also be of help to you to enable you have a timeline of when to expect to hear back, when to plan to follow up etc.
